About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer the underlying n8n infrastructure, performing preventive and corrective maintenance
Monitor the environment’s health to mitigate failures and ensure high availability, resilience, performance, and scalability
Define, document, and enforce architecture standards and best practices for n8n workflows and AI Agents
Establish governance, quality control, security, and auditing policies
Develop, integrate, orchestrate, and maintain autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
Create inventories, document processes, and manage the lifecycle of workflows and agents through Git
Ensure secure deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
Monitor LLM API executions, consumption, performance, and costs
Review workflows connected to satellite systems, ensuring resilience, fault tolerance, and security
Receive requests, guide technical teams, and promote best practices
Develop Python/JavaScript scripts and custom solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of Cloud infrastructure administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting (Azure)
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience ensuring the stability and continuous availability of critical applications
Extensive experience administering self-hosted n8n environments
Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex workflows
Hands-on experience building, implementing best practices for, and maintaining AI Agents, RAG, and LLM orchestration
Experience with Python frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Agno AI)
Advanced proficiency in Python and JavaScript
Extensive experience consuming, creating, and managing APIs (REST, SOAP, FastAPI)
In-depth knowledge of version control (Git), automation pipeline management, and robust integration architecture
Excellent communication skills for requirements gathering, technical leadership, promoting governance standards, and stakeholder alignment
Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices focused on monitoring and governing agents in production
Experience with infrastructure and log monitoring tools, such as Grafana
Familiarity with SQL Server and BigQuery databases, as well as structuring unstructured data
