About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception and design through implementation, testing, delivery, and ongoing support.
Participate in technical and business meetings, contributing insights and solutions.
Apply agile methodologies integrated with the use of Artificial Intelligence, such as Specification-Driven Development (SDD), to translate requirements into architecture and code.
Develop solutions using .NET and C#.
Develop integrations with internal and external solutions.
Use AI assistants and generative tools for code creation, refactoring, test coverage, and code reviews.
Guide users and answer their questions during the user acceptance testing process.
Provide support and maintenance for developed solutions.
Create automated or AI-assisted documentation, including manuals and work procedures.
Contribute to process modernization and the continuous delivery of value.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven software development experience.
Proficiency in C#, MVC, and Angular development.
Experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
Experience with JavaScript and jQuery.
Experience with MVC and Bootstrap.
Experience with Web API, Web Services, and WCF.
Solid knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with ORM persistence layers, particularly Dapper.
Experience with DevOps tools, including Git/TFS and Azure DevOps.
Practical ability to use Artificial Intelligence, such as Specification-Driven Development (SDD), within the agile lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide context for AI models.
Objectivity, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
