About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage project implementation, including coordination of current partnerships
- Follow and manage project timetables, identifying implementation risks and working on solutions
- Prepare and submit monitoring reports to responsible Managing Authorities
- Manage communication to third parties and stakeholders during project implementation
- Draft deliverables or supervise their quality
- Draft applications and technical proposals under Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, etc.
- Participate in the formulation of partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Academic background with a Bachelor or/and a Master’s degree (preferably in Social Sciences)
- Excellent English Knowledge (both written and oral)
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a strong asset
- Excellent command of MS Office
- At least 4 years of project management experience in EU Projects
- Administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Responsibility, consistency, and adherence to strict deadlines
- Travel availability (Schengen and non-Schengen)
