Help shape AI-powered experiences by enabling AI agents, APIs, MCPs, and Data Products
Design and build scalable platform capabilities using modern AI technologies, APIs, and Data Products
Improve how APIs, MCPs, and Data Products are discovered, understood, accessed, and used across If
Help evolve Data Discovery & Experience and API Platform capabilities
Work with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders to turn AI opportunities into practical solutions with measurable business impact
Apply platform engineering and product thinking to solve real business problems
Help ensure secure and seamless access through open standards
Contribute to AI literacy and AI-enabled ways of working across the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology domains in agile teams and an agile Tribe

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant university degree, preferably within Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data & Analytics, or a related technical field
Equivalent practical experience is also valued
Experience in the insurance industry or another regulated industry, such as banking, finance, healthcare, telecommunications, or the public sector
Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering and modern application development
At least 1–2 years of practical, hands-on experience applying AI engineering practices in production or real-world applications
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, TypeScript, or Python
Curious and innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies and creating user-focused experiences
Adaptability and strong communication skills
Experience with AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Agent Frameworks such as LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar technologies is a strong advantage
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a strong advantage
Experience with LLMs, SLMs, prompt and context engineering, evaluation, and model orchestration is a strong advantage
Experience with RAG, vector search, embeddings, and semantic search technologies is a strong advantage
Experience with APIs, API Platforms, integration technologies, secure access using open standards, Data Products, Data Discovery, Analytics Platforms, and Developer Experience capabilities is a strong advantage
Cloud-native application development using Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms is a strong advantage
