About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain high-quality, scalable and secure solutions within the squad’s scope
Engage in code reviews and technical discussions
Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automate development workflows
Demonstrate how AI coding assistants and agentic workflows can improve development speed and quality
Help build a new core sales system for the Baltics
Help design and develop a microservice-based sales platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for solution development in Azure
Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming with .NET and C#
Experience with complex, message and event-driven architectures
Application of clean code and SOLID principles
Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs and microservices
Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server and Azure Storage
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including planning, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and more
Practical experience in enterprise front-end development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar modern front-end technologies
Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered development tools
Experience contributing to test automation and continuous integration
Experience with Kubernetes and strong understanding of GitOps
Commitment to information security and safeguarding customer data and privacy
Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment, with strong communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have: hands-on experience in quality assurance and software testing practices
Nice to have: experience in automation or test automation
