Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong background in software development and experience working as a Solutions Architect
  • Constructive and challenging mindset, with the ability to elevate the team’s technical maturity
  • Integrated business and technical perspective, proposing solutions that are viable for both sides
  • Strong background in software architecture, including design patterns, cross-domain decisions, and distributed systems architecture
  • Experience with resilience and observability, including single point of failure (SPoF) mapping, caching strategies, monitoring, and alerting
  • Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous integration, cloud and containers, and continuous deployment best practices
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems and managing technical debt
  • Critical reading of technical proposals and the ability to contribute to architectural reviews
  • Experience discussing costs, vulnerabilities, and architecture directly with technical leadership
  • Proven experience in the FinTech industry
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence engineering
