Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently without missing details
- Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
- Litigation and trial support experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program
- Must be located in the Los Angeles area
