About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor regulatory matters related to the Company’s operations
  • Develop legal arguments in administrative and judicial proceedings involving regulatory matters
  • Contribute to mitigating regulatory risks and defending the Company’s strategic interests before the competent authorities
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations under concession agreements
  • Collaborate with operational, financial, and technical teams
  • Support the preparation of legal studies on strategic matters
  • Review legal filings and administrative correspondence addressed to public authorities
  • Monitor and support the management of strategic judicial and administrative proceedings
  • Liaise with external consultants
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory proceedings that impact concessions
  • Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures related to regulatory matters
  • Comply with internal quality, environmental, compliance, occupational health, and safety standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Postgraduate degree in Public Law, Administrative Law, Regulation, or Civil Procedure
  • Experience with concession agreements
  • Experience in the water and wastewater sector is desirable
