About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver a content strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and help customers master incident management.
  • Lead the editorial calendar and connect content to product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives.
  • Produce blog posts, deep-dive guides, and case studies for developers, SREs, and IT leaders.
  • Collaborate with engineers on how-to content and technical materials.
  • Partner with the CEO on thought leadership.
  • Own SEO, GEO, and content distribution strategy.
  • Track performance, analyze engagement, and refine content strategy using insights.
  • Monitor trends, competitive shifts, and industry developments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or developer ecosystems.
  • Ability to make incident response approachable for both engineers and executives.
  • Ability to write tight, persuasive copy and adapt concepts across blogs, guides, and emails.
  • SEO expertise, distribution knowledge, and analytics skills.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and executive teammates to co-create content.
  • Ability to create persona-specific, need-first narratives.
  • Excellent English.
  • German fluency is nice-to-have, not mandatory.
