About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop illy business across Sicily
- Manage and develop key Sicilian GDO customers
- Negotiate commercial agreements, assortments, and promotional activities
- Coordinate and support the network of 7 agents dedicated to Specialty Retail
- Achieve turnover, margin, distribution, and visibility targets
- Monitor commercial performance, forecasts, and key KPIs
- Ensure correct execution of commercial and promotional activities across the territory
- Analyze the market and competitors and identify new development opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Area Management, or Sales Management roles in the FMCG sector
- Solid knowledge of the GDO channel and preferably Specialty Retail
- Experience managing commercial negotiations and coordinating sales networks
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of key commercial KPIs
- Strong results orientation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Sicilian territory
- Availability for frequent travel within Sicily
