Develop easy and intuitive digital products for clients across multiple industries
Perform day-to-day development, problem-solving, management, and human interaction
Work with multidisciplinary teams on innovative projects
Apply Java back-end development and Spring ecosystem expertise
Develop, refactor, and debug code using Agentic AI tools
Build and maintain distributed systems and infrastructure
Use CI pipelines, container orchestration, databases, caching, and monitoring tools
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
Collaborate with industry-leading clients on global projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of working experience in Back-end Development with Java
Deep expertise in the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and REST/gRPC
Experience with reactive patterns and JVM internals, including memory barriers, JIT compilation, and heap management
Outstanding proficiency using Agentic AI tools such as Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot
C++ professional working knowledge would be a plus
Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis caching layers, and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
Daily use of GitLab CI pipelines and container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes
Experience with distributed systems and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger
Proficiency writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices
Fluency in spoken and written English
Must live in Portugal or be willing and legally qualified to live and work there
