About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop mobile applications using Flutter
Solve technical problems and debug complex issues
Design and contribute to mobile application architecture
Interact with clients as required to develop successful products
Use Agentic AI tools to accelerate code development, refactoring, and complex debugging
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
Manage the end-to-end release process, including certificates, provisioning profiles, and App Store/Google Play Store deployments

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Mobile Development experience
3+ years of extensive hands-on experience using Flutter
Strong command of Dart syntax, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), sound null-safety, asynchronous programming (async/await, Future, Stream), generics, and extension methods
Deep understanding of the Flutter framework: widget tree, stateful vs. stateless widgets, custom widgets, keys, rendering pipeline, and efficiently managing rebuilds
Solid experience with modern State Management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider and scalable mobile architectures
Experience consuming RESTful APIs using http or dio, handling error logic, retry mechanisms, and request interceptors
Experience with local data persistence and caching using SQLite, Hive, Isar, or SharedPreferences
Proficiency in writing well-designed code with strong experience in the Flutter testing ecosystem: Unit, Widget, and Integration Testing
Proven experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications using Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise
Hands-on experience with the end-to-end release process, including managing certificates, provisioning profiles, and deploying applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Outstanding proficiency in using Agentic AI tools such as Cursor IDE and Claude Code
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Legally qualified to live and work in Portugal
Nice to have: familiarity with Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS to handle MethodChannels and platform-specific integrations
