About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop mobile applications using Flutter
- Solve technical and product-related problems
- Contribute to mobile application architecture
- Interact with clients as required to develop successful products
- Participate in development, problem-solving, architecture, and client interaction throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Mobile Development experience
- 3+ years of extensive hands-on experience using Flutter
- Strong command of Dart syntax, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), null-safety, asynchronous programming (async/await, Future, Stream), generics, and extension methods
- Deep understanding of the Flutter framework, including widget tree, stateful/stateless widgets, custom widgets, keys, rendering pipeline, and rebuild management
- Experience with State Management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider and scalable mobile architectures
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs using http or dio, including error logic, retry mechanisms, and request interceptors
- Experience with local data persistence and caching using SQLite, Hive, Isar, or SharedPreferences
- Proficiency in writing well-designed code and experience with Flutter Unit, Widget, and Integration Testing
- Proven experience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise
- Hands-on experience with the end-to-end release process, certificates, provisioning profiles, and deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Outstanding proficiency using Agentic AI tools such as Cursor IDE and Claude Code
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Familiarity with native mobile languages Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift/Objective-C for iOS is nice to have
