About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review project plans, documents, and timelines to set up projects
- Ensure project details are available and aligned
- Coordinate with necessary trades while aligning with budget
- Work with teams to confirm site readiness and material deliveries
- Oversee and manage crews installing wallpaper, vinyl, and décor-style graphics according to plans
- Train installation crews when necessary
- Attend weekly meetings, site meetings, and progress walks according to schedule/program
- Identify, document, communicate, and help resolve issues
- Ensure Imagine quality standards are met
- Identify process improvement and growth opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Signage experience preferred
- Calm and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Self-driven
- Positive attitude
- Ability to understand and use miscellaneous apps/technology for job site reporting
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods onsite
- Full range mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions and move safely over uneven terrain or confined spaces
- Appropriate visual, verbal, and hearing acuity to follow and give instructions and respond to potential unsafe or dangerous situations
- Ability to drive or fly up to 8 hours to reach project locations
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods
- Ability to travel 30% per month
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 60 pounds as needed
