About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Transformation team in deploying and managing the internal communications plan
  • Enhance and operationalize the actions defined in the communications plan
  • Update and enhance communications kits
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, brand guidelines, and positioning across all channels
  • Develop, write, and distribute editorial content (newsletters, articles)
  • Manage communications on Teams, SharePoint, and wikis
  • Maintain employee and manager distribution lists in France and internationally
  • Plan and prepare key communications initiatives and internal events
  • Organize on-site meetings with teams
  • Update and engage the network of communications ambassadors
  • Contribute to the preparation of pitches, presentations, and materials for trade shows, conferences, and external events
  • Produce deliverables, including communications plans, newsletters, kits, event materials, pitches, and Teams/SharePoint content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education degree in communications, political science, or business
  • Proven experience in internal and/or corporate communications, ideally within large companies or technology environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong editorial and visual creativity, with the ability to make technical topics engaging
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, from field teams to Executive Committee members
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to make recommendations and take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to structure complex messages clearly and effectively
  • Team-oriented and diplomatic
