About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze the social impacts of reorganization scenarios
- Prepare and support the information and consultation process with employee representative bodies
- Contribute to framing co-creation with teams, while maintaining confidentiality
- Develop the project narrative and communication materials
- Work cross-functionally with the project team and the client’s HR, employee relations, and business stakeholders
- Support the reorganization of an entity within a major telecommunications group in France
- Deliver scenarios and impact analyses by January 2027 at the latest, prepare the information and consultation process by the end of February, and contribute to implementation in July
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, ideally including prior experience with this group
- Experience in social engineering in a transformation support context
- Experience in employee relations and social dialogue
- Strong communication skills, including storytelling and communication materials development
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience working in a highly unionized environment
- Strong commitment to confidentiality
