About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scope and specify requirements with users
- Break requirements down into user stories and write their acceptance criteria
- Oversee delivery with the nearshore development team, from backlog management through production deployment
- Ensure the availability and proper operation of Power BI dashboards
- Optimize dashboard operating costs
- Ensure compliance with the brand guidelines
- Handle requests to add, correct, or remove features
- Support the PDATA team on data visualization initiatives, particularly the performance dashboard
- Manage and prioritize the JIRA Dataviz backlog using WSJF or an equivalent method
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint kickoffs, team check-ins, reviews, and retrospectives
- Represent the group to the DATA & AI team and communicate recommendations regarding Power BI and Looker Studio
- Deliver error-free Power BI On Cloud or Looker Studio dashboards
- Produce Dataviz activity management indicators and user satisfaction reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical Data background: understanding of data models, queries, and end-to-end dashboard operation
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager
- Highly proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience managing nearshore delivery: prioritization, commitment tracking, and acceptance testing
- Strong service orientation and availability to business users
- Ability to formalize specifications, user stories, meeting minutes, and tracking indicators
- Proactive approach and ability to represent the team’s perspective to cross-functional stakeholders such as DATA & AI
- Fluency in spoken and written French, with strong reading comprehension
- Ability to write technical specifications in French
- Proficiency in Power BI (design, functional, and technical aspects)
- Working knowledge of Looker Studio, GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow / Blueprint), SQL, BigQuery, DAX, and M
