Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and evaluate machine learning solutions for medical imaging applications
Contribute to customer projects by understanding and solving their technical and clinical challenges
Translate research ideas and prototypes into robust, reusable and well crafted software solutions
Work across the full machine learning workflow, including data preparation, model development, validation, and integration
Communicate results and technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll need

PhD (or MSc degree with industry experience) in a related field, combined with a strong interest in software engineering
Strong machine learning skills and a solid understanding of the full machine learning workflow
Experience working with medical imaging data and applications
Good programming skills in Python
A motivated, proactive, team player and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and an interest in collaborating with customers
Very good English skills
Experience translating research prototypes into robust software
Experience working in customer-facing or interdisciplinary projects
Experience with or willingness to learn C++
