About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or closely related field OR Bachelor's degree + English teaching certification (120 hour TESOL certificate/CELTA or equivalent) and extensive teaching experience
2+ years of structured ESL teaching experience
Experience teaching adult learners in group settings of 8 or more
Strong foundation in communicative or task-based language teaching
Demonstrated ability to develop speaking and listening skills intentionally
C1 English proficiency (CEFR) or Advanced High (ACTFL) equivalent or higher required
Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms
Organized, reliable, and professional
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) PC
Intel i5-1135G7 / AMD Ryzen 5 5500U or better
Intel Iris Xe / AMD Vega 7 or better
8GB RAM
10GB available storage
Ethernet connection required; Wi-Fi-only setups are not supported
