About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build Cyber Workforce & AI Resilience as a category
  • Own a balanced mix of core product marketing and sales enablement across solution areas
  • Shape positioning and messaging
  • Own messaging training and ramp programs, including onboarding fundamentals, live training sessions, and ongoing certification
  • Develop positioning and messaging based on customer, market, and competitive insight
  • Build sales collateral including battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides
  • Partner with Product Management to understand roadmap and competitive differentiation
  • Translate technical capabilities into consumable, jargon-free content
  • Support product launches end-to-end and ensure sales is trained before launch
  • Gather sales feedback and improve training and content
  • Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs and report findings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building and delivering training or ramp programs for sales teams
  • Experience translating technical product capability into straightforward, jargon-free messaging
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple solution areas and prioritise as things shift
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing
  • Sharp writing and presentation skills
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, application security, or enterprise risk is nice to have
  • Experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad is nice to have
  • Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
