Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior mining executives and operational leaders
Identify customer challenges and translate them into strategic improvement opportunities and business cases
Lead consulting engagements from opportunity identification through delivery and value realization
Develop account growth strategies and support expansion of advisory services within strategic customer accounts
Facilitate executive discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in mining, operational excellence, management consulting, business transformation, or a related field
Demonstrated success working with senior executives and complex stakeholder environments
Experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, and performance improvement initiatives
Strong consulting, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness and a proven ability to support customer growth and long-term value creation
Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical business solutions
Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable operational outcomes
