About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee development of internal workflow protocols and documentation
  • Draft and distribute firmwide memos supporting case work
  • Supervise onboarding for new corporate clients
  • Facilitate document collection and organization
  • Work with the WRapid team to ensure internal platforms are set up accurately
  • Assist Partners and Managing Attorneys with responses to client questions
  • Collaborate with Partners and Managing Attorneys to prepare reports, dashboards, and client-specific tools
  • Analyze information from standard reports and communicate findings to Leadership and Partners
  • Develop best-practice protocols for data management and data integrity oversight
  • Create and implement initiatives to maintain the integrity and organization of client information
  • Maintain subject matter expertise for multiple major clients
  • Assist Attorneys in developing training materials for client presentations and present when appropriate
  • Work with the Business Development team on Requests for Proposal and other documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (required) with strong academic background
  • At least 5-7 years of business immigration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational, process, and computer skills
  • Experience with a CRM; Salesforce preferred
