About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals
- Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with attention to detail
- Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross sell opportunities
- Provide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and follow compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with Producers and team members to deliver a seamless client experience and support agency growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Active Property and Casualty license required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in insurance software and Google Workspace
- Prior Account Manager experience
- Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Google, AMS, and CRM Systems
