Key responsibilities & impact

Review client-recommended investments across impact themes, asset classes, sectors, geographies, and structures to assess suitability
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations
Communicate liquidity needs for client accounts cross-functionally
Coordinate investment document execution and facilitate wiring of funds
Use pipeline management tools to manage workflow and tasks
Support investment data entry within multiple investment management systems
Create loan schedules
Support or lead critical projects
Identify and implement process improvements
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve the experience for impact investing clients
Report to the Senior Officer, Investment Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in accounting, finance, data science, investment operations, financial services, or investment management
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exposure to impact investing and/or private market investing across asset classes and investment types, donor advised funds, and broader financial services
Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and ability to identify and implement process improvements
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
Resourceful in searching for responses to questions and developing solutions
Prior experience with investment management system and ticket management system a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams required
Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration tools Box and Asana preferred
Experience working in a virtual working environment preferred
Must work East Coast business hours
Must be willing to travel 1–2 times per year to company events
