About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Protect, grow, and defend the client account by increasing spend, monetization, program adoption, and overall account value
  • Identify new business opportunities across departments, hiring managers, labor categories, service lines, and under-penetrated spend
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and executive client leaders and connect program performance to business outcomes
  • Partner with Customer Success, HR, Procurement, and Hiring Manager stakeholders to translate program data into insights and growth opportunities
  • Manage client relationships and satisfaction, positioning the program as a strategic solution
  • Provide client stakeholder training, education, market insight, and commercial thought leadership
  • Support corporate, client, and team communications
  • Resolve program, team, and people issues affecting client satisfaction, account health, or commercial momentum
  • Manage pipeline visibility, forecasting, growth targets, spend, utilization, and program expansion
  • Own or support QBRs and business reviews covering performance, value delivered, pipeline, market trends, and recommended actions
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations with Service Delivery and back-office teams and ensure SLA/KPI compliance
  • Manage supplier reporting, KPIs, job-category coverage, response timing, candidate quality, and supplier optimization
  • Identify and manage escalations affecting program performance and client satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the VMS supplier and ensure system performance meets customer expectations
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, reporting, analytics, and weekly and monthly status reports
  • Support program and project modifications and enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, utilization, satisfaction, and commercial performance
  • Complete required compliance training and consider safety implications of decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Procurement, Statement of Work (SOW), and Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience leading teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to MSP business performance
  • Strong experience in report development, management, and quality assurance
  • Experience identifying and leading process-improvement initiatives
  • Project management experience
  • Effective communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and analytics-driven decision-making; Power BI preferred
  • Commercial account-management experience, including pipeline management, forecasting, QBR/business-review preparation, stakeholder mapping, and growth planning
  • Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and sales-enablement/intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, or Highspot
  • Track record of growing and maturing client relationships
  • Fiscal responsibility for account management
  • Ability to manage by influence and communicate effectively
  • Ability to solve problems and present conceptual information to all levels of management
  • Ability to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels
  • Ability to build and execute project plans
  • Ability to manage data collection and regular and ad hoc reporting
  • Passion for excellence, stress tolerance, attention to detail, proactive approach, urgency, dedication, and accountability
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managed Service Program or Staffing management environment
  • General understanding of MSP/Human Capital/Staffing, Human Resources, Procurement, and Contracts
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
