About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as configuration lead within the VMS environment
Participate as configuration lead on projects involving creation and implementation of technology and business solutions
Work with implementation and operations teams to align technology with customer business requirements
Create requirements and test scripts
Track project progress and own steps to resolution
Provide tier 2 support to MSP clients and program office teams
Utilize VMS platforms including SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Coupa, and others
Collect, review, and input flat-file data into VMS
Audit output data and resolve errors
Evaluate operational processes and procedures and identify improvements
Manage Program Change Requests in compliance with MSP procedures and SLAs
Initiate, recommend, implement, and validate solutions
Perform other duties assigned by the US VMS Operations Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior configuration experience within a relevant VMS (Beeline or SAP Fieldglass)
Experience with staffing, MSP and/or contingent workforce Vendor Management Systems
Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel, or willingness and commitment to attain that skill level (or higher)
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
Strong analytical skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Desire to learn and grow technical skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
