About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent)
  • Eligible for supervision under state guidelines
  • Must be open to clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults)
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
  • High level of accountability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards
  • Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and patient care
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • Interested in long-term development within a multi-state organization
