About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches
- Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Participate in structured supervision and clinical development

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent)
- Eligible for supervision under state guidelines
- Must be open to clients across the lifespan (Children, Adolescents, and Adults)
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- High level of accountability and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards
- Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and patient care
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Interested in long-term development within a multi-state organization
