About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end execution of 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs across workshops, innovation days, industry and association moments, direct mail, gifting campaigns, client experiences, and tailored activations
- Translate commercial priorities into program briefs covering audience, messaging, offer, channel mix, call to action, timeline, budget, owners, and success measures
- Drive programs from brief to launch, managing workbacks, reviews, vendors, production, logistics, Sales readiness, and follow-up
- Build repeatable activation frameworks, templates, and processes to increase execution speed and capacity
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously, identify dependencies, resolve blockers, and escalate decisions
- Partner with Sales pods and commercial leaders to turn account priorities, opportunities, and triggers into Marketing activations
- Run the operating rhythm for ABM execution, including readiness, launch coordination, Sales follow-up, decision tracking, and next steps
- Support business development and full-lifecycle activations that create opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Creative, Client Services, and other partners
- Track account engagement, meetings created, opportunity progression, influenced pipeline, conversion, and ROI
- Partner with Marketing Operations on reporting and attribution; use HubSpot data to evaluate and optimize results
- Produce concise monthly program readouts
- Improve audience selection, messaging, channel mix, timing, execution, and follow-up using campaign results and account signals
- Document successful plays, templates, processes, and lessons learned
- Maintain quality across copy, creative, audience lists, event logistics, fulfillment, seller materials, and post-campaign follow-through
- Ensure activations meet brand, quality, privacy, and healthcare compliance requirements with appropriate approvals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on ownership of account-based marketing, demand generation, field marketing, customer marketing, events, or integrated campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to take programs from direction and brief through execution, launch, Sales follow-up, measurement, and optimization
- Experience with enterprise size contracts
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, including timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, logistics, and deliverables
- Strong analytical judgment and working knowledge of CRM and marketing-automation reporting
- HubSpot experience preferred
- Excellent project management, writing, presentation, and communication skills
- High ownership, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and bias toward action
- Ability to solve executional problems and deliver polished work with limited day-to-day oversight
- Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or health-technology audiences is nice to have
