About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings
Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles
Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity
Collaborate with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog
Ensure user stories are well-defined and effectively prioritized
Track and report team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders
Facilitate cross-team coordination and communication for healthcare communication solutions
Support the development, scaling, and improvement of agile practices across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Excellence in facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
