About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design tailored digital manufacturing solutions
- Develop interactive dashboards and shop-floor applications to enhance operational performance
- Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies to identify and implement improvements for frontline operators
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and long-term value
- Stay current with industry trends and refine and expand solutions
- Support clients in adopting and sustaining improvements through communication, coaching, and engagement
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities using project management best practices and standard delivery processes
- Maintain up-to-date project plans
- Follow established change management processes
- Ensure proactive communication with key stakeholders
- Maintain organized and accessible project documentation in the Program Collaboration Workspace
- Use Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams for planning, tracking, collaboration, and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a similar discipline
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries like medical devices, defense, or aerospace
- Proficiency in MES platforms
- Proficiency with low-code development tools such as TULIP and Ignition
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Understanding of Lean production systems and operational KPIs
- Willingness and ability to travel more than 50-75% of the time, often spending significant time onsite with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience extracting, cleaning, and analyzing production data using tools such as SQL
- Experience with hands-on plant-floor problem solving, process improvement, or data-driven solutions
