What you’ll need

Extensive experience managing new construction projects valued at more than CHF 100 million
Leadership: providing vision and direction
Management: organizing work, delegating responsibilities, and developing team capabilities
Established professional network within the canton
Process management, document quality, and traceability
Proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal skills with clients, contractors, employees, and senior management
Knowledge of fundamental construction practices, including variation forms, clear client feedback, and construction contracts
Flexibility, strong summarization skills, and the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks
Good working knowledge of German is a significant advantage
