About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create high-performing digital creative assets for clients across Meta, LinkedIn, and display advertising
- Develop engaging creatives while adhering to client brand guidelines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative performance-creative ideas
- Identify opportunities to support clients with brand development
- Support A/B tests and experimentation initiatives to optimise design elements and user experience
- Trial new ideas and analyse results to identify the best designs for each client
- Assist the Creative Lead with client relationship management, internal team liaison, photo retouching, and other creative tasks
- Work closely with the Paid Media team and Creative Lead
- Potentially lead on selected client accounts with support from the Creative Lead
- Potentially capture UGC-style content for clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of design experience
- Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field, or relevant work experience, or passion for design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Some knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Figma skills
- Experience or knowledge of GenAI tools such as Weave is a bonus
- Conceptual portfolio showcasing varied design work across digital platforms
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret creative briefs
- Experience filming and editing user-generated-style content for social media
- Passion for design and commitment to staying current with platform advancements and industry trends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organisational, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills
