About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide IT support to staff
- Manage internal IT operations with the team from A to Z
- Manage the full device lifecycle, including purchases, installation, configuration, account management, software upgrades, and device off-boarding
- Troubleshoot issues involving devices, accounts, networks, and printers
- Manage software licenses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
- Ability to keep devices, systems, and services secure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using terminal commands
- Ability to manage business partners and vendors
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Already based in Turkey
- No relocation offered
