  • Integrate AI-driven capabilities to enhance automation, predictive analysis, and decision-making
  • Manage release cycles, environments, update sets, runbooks, and release documentation across Agile sprints
  • Lead code reviews and oversee testing, deployment, and platform improvements
  • Execute and oversee unit, integration, and regression testing
  • Ensure compliance, governance, solution quality, and technical design records
  • Mentor developers, administrators, and functional team members
  • Lead client technical design discussions and represent solutions to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • Experienced ServiceNow Architect with enterprise-level architecture experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, SecOps, ServiceNow Vault, Automation Engine, and CMDB
  • Experience designing and implementing custom ServiceNow applications and cross-scope solutions
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and middleware technologies
  • Experience with Service Catalog items, catalog client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations
  • Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules
  • Experience with AI-driven capabilities, data management, workflow optimization, and performance tuning
  • Experience with release cycle planning, environment management, update set deployment, runbook maintenance, and release documentation
  • Experience leading code reviews and unit, integration, and regression testing
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, DevOps approaches, platform best practices, NIST, and FISMA
  • Ability to support Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and integrations
  • U.S. citizenship may be required for certain positions; some roles may require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
