About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage and lead innovation, technology, and strategy projects for clients across a range of industries
Conduct market, technology, and competitive analyses
Prepare studies, management reports, and actionable recommendations
Design, develop, and market innovation, technology, and benchmarking studies
Design, prepare, and deliver workshops, courses, and training sessions on innovation and technology management
Support the acquisition of new projects and clients
Independently develop and pursue business opportunities
Manage small project teams and assume subject-matter responsibility in larger projects
Monitor and assess emerging market, technology, and AI trends and derive business opportunities from them
Contribute to the development of the New Business Innovation practice through new products, services, and solution approaches
Support marketing and communications activities, including LinkedIn posts, webinars, industry articles, and events
Contribute to community initiatives and organize and deliver networking formats, events, and expert exchanges

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in innovation, technology, or strategy management
University degree in innovation and technology management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
Curiosity and an exploratory mindset
Analytical, structured approach and strong conceptual thinking
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Fluent German language skills
Business-fluent English language skills
