About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day HR operations, HRIS management, and timekeeping processes
- Assist with payroll processing and schedule adherence tracking
- Maintain compliance with HR best practices and employment law standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel data and company information
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle employee inquiries and operational support
- Support seamless team operations and workforce management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support, HR coordinator, or HR generalist role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and basic employment law
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- Experience supporting a customer service or call center environment (nice to have)
- Familiarity with workforce management (WFM) tools and schedule adherence tracking (nice to have)
- Experience directly assisting with payroll processing (nice to have)
- Active PHR/SHRM-CP certification or currently in progress (nice to have)
- Must be able to work a few hours overlapping US Eastern Standard Time each day
