About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as both a business analyst and test engineer on customer projects and programs
  • Analyze business and operating requirements to identify acceptance criteria
  • Establish and execute test plans and test cases based on user story-acceptance criteria methodology
  • Perform functional testing to ensure outputs and calculations accurately reflect requirements
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not disrupt existing functionality
  • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure updates satisfy business requirements and support effective end-user interaction with web-based systems
  • Develop traceability matrices connecting business requirements to implemented features and ensuring test case coverage
  • Compile test findings reports for key stakeholders
  • Engage in continual process improvement
  • Contribute to SOPs, user guides, and training materials
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Analyze, evaluate, and implement processes to support customer programs
  • Perform technical writing and editing for written deliverables and products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge
  • Must pass a government Public Trust background investigation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant discipline required
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience
  • At least 2 years of work experience in business analysis and/or testing experience
  • Prior experience with Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing environment
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-driven
  • Willingness to lead, take charge, offer opinions and direction
  • Escalates appropriately in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a team and participate in formal reviews of deliverable products
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with sprint-management applications, such as Jira
