About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and improve the technical pipeline, including tooling, automation, data flows, and standards
- Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on improved workflows
- Provide focus and direction for AI exploration
- Identify bottlenecks early and develop scalable solutions
- Work hands-on when needed and turn successful approaches into broader team practices
- Shape the technical and production roles needed as the company grows
- Keep the organization current and competitive in evolving technology
- Help define how apparel, footwear, and luxury products are represented digitally at scale
- Connect CGI quality, pipeline discipline, AI exploration, and production-team needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a senior technical role such as CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or similar
- Solid knowledge of CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production
- Scripting knowledge sufficient to guide developers and make sound technical decisions
- Strong systems thinking and hands-on approach
- Curiosity about AI and ability to distinguish meaningful applications from hype
- Clear communication across artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers
- Product visualisation, fashion, sportswear, or digital twin experience is a strong plus
- Experience with C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, Nuke, and AI tools
- Resume and cover letter must be submitted in English
