About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and identify candidates across Europe and India using Join.com and other job platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls and write structured evaluation notes
- Manage candidate communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Coordinate interview scheduling directly with the founder
- Maintain an accurate candidate tracker and keep pipeline status up to date
- Support job posting creation and distribution across platforms
- Assist with employer branding and outreach efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong English communication skills
- Genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards
- Comfortable with an unpaid internship
- Available part-time in EU time zones
- Mandatory and voluntary internships both welcome
- Minimum 3-month commitment
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Cover letter outlining motivation and availability
