Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years' experience helping customers
- Natural communicator who can simplify complex and scary situations
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, chat, Facebook, and other channels
- Sales ability and comfort with rejection
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and drive to identify root problems and follow up with questions
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to change
