About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist guests with general information and directions
- Direct patients, visitors, staff, and others to appropriate parking areas
- Conduct on-foot/electric scooter parking enforcement throughout parking lots
- Monitor compliance with parking regulations and address unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles according to company policies
- Take ownership and leadership of parking operations for assigned locations
- Assist customers in person and remotely with automated parking equipment
- Complete and assist with minor equipment repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of parking equipment
- Clean work and parking areas, including sanitizing keys, picking up litter, wiping touch points, and dusting
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of interpersonal skills, including poise and diplomacy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools for making repairs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Successful completion of a criminal record check
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background and Driver abstract check
- Regular availability from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM Monday to Friday, with occasional additional hours or different shifts
