About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on the evolution of their Microsoft-based workplaces
Develop strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps
Design solutions covering Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and security, and virtual workplaces
Design AI-powered solutions for service desks and end-user helpdesks, including virtual agents, automated ticket processing, and self-service
Present solution concepts during the pre-tender phase
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery on proposals and effort estimates
Support concepts through implementation and ensure a structured handover to Delivery teams
Further develop workplace offerings and reference architectures
Contribute to client projects and, where required, proofs of concept

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in the Microsoft workplace environment
Hands-on project experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID
Experience in client consulting and pre-sales
Ability to explain technical solutions clearly and convincingly
Experience collaborating with Delivery teams and handing over solutions for implementation
Excellent German and English language skills
Willingness to travel as required for projects
Experience with Autopilot, Defender, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Windows 365 (preferred)
Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI-powered service desks, or ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow (preferred)
Experience working with clients in the public sector or regulated industries (preferred)
Current Microsoft certifications (preferred)
