Key responsibilities & impact

Work hands-on on QA initiatives
Develop, maintain, and enhance tests using Postman
Conduct pair programming sessions with developers and QA professionals
Propose, advocate for, and implement changes based on technical arguments
Support the definition and evolution of testing strategies
Apply Artificial Intelligence to optimize QA and development processes
Share technical knowledge
Resolve complex problems with technical depth and resilience
Serve as the QA/QE reference for a Squad
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes
Develop automation solutions
Promote best practices
Collaborate directly with development and quality teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
Knowledge and practical use of Artificial Intelligence in development and QA contexts
Knowledge of functional and non-functional software testing
Experience with Python and Selenium
Experience with Zephyr
Experience testing APIs using Postman
Knowledge of Git
Experience with Jira/Confluence
Knowledge of cloud environments
Experience with Claude Code/ChatGPT
Experience with pair programming practices
Advanced use of ChatGPT or other Generative AI solutions
Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement
Experience defining testing strategies in agile environments
Nice to have: knowledge of the payroll-deductible lending sector
Nice to have: experience with DataDog or a similar tool
Nice to have: experience in test automation
Nice to have: experience with Cypress
