About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the evolution and integration of processes related to the Função System modules
Develop and maintain Java applications supporting credit operations and financial Back Office processes
Develop and maintain system integrations through REST APIs and enterprise services
Build and maintain stored procedures, views, triggers, and advanced SQL Server queries
Analyze and resolve production incidents, performing troubleshooting and log analysis
Support user acceptance testing, integration testing, and investigations into operational inconsistencies
Monitor processing pipelines and propose improvements to automate processes
Integrate with legacy systems and enterprise services
Translate business requirements into scalable, highly available technical solutions
Contribute to architectural improvements and development best practices
Serve as a functional reference for the Função System modules, supporting technical teams and business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with the Função System, particularly the Proposals and Back Office modules
Experience in credit operations
Experience with financial Back Office processes
Background in banks, financial institutions, fintechs, or banking correspondents
Strong experience in Java development
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Knowledge of system integration architectures
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with log analysis, troubleshooting, and production environment support
Experience integrating legacy systems
Knowledge of testing and user acceptance processes for enterprise systems
Familiarity with operational monitoring processes
Preferred: experience with microservices architecture
Preferred: experience transforming and modernizing legacy systems
Preferred: knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools
Preferred: experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Preferred: knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
Preferred: experience with process automation and observability
