About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for most company departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • AA or AS in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or technical support
  • Experience in the software industry preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Office, CRM systems, and ticketing systems, including Zendesk
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion toward customer requests/issues
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think quickly and find effective solutions to customer complaints or complex service issues
  • Quick learner able to utilize resources and navigate documents
  • Self-starter able to maintain strong self-motivation
  • Must live within the United States and be legally authorized to work there
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
