About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify purchasing needs in coordination with PCP-M and the Commercial team.
Work with agents and suppliers by sending purchase orders and monitoring production progress for imports.
Coordinate shipments with agents, suppliers, and service providers.
Coordinate foreign-exchange settlements and the payment of agents’ commissions with the Finance team.
Coordinate with HERC Finance to release funds for payment of port charges, freight, insurance, and other expenses, followed by expense-account settlement.
Coordinate and monitor customs clearance and receipt of cargo at the company.
Enter purchase orders and import processes, issue DANFE documents, and record product receipts in the company’s ERP system.
Perform other activities of a similar nature and level of complexity, as directed by management or required by the job, while seeking to optimize processes.
Maintain ongoing professional and technological knowledge of techniques and legislation related to the field.
Prepare commercial proposals in accordance with the unit’s sales policy.
Work with customers by sending sales orders and monitoring production and delivery progress for exports.
Coordinate shipments with agents, customers, and service providers, including negotiating and finalizing international multimodal freight arrangements and issuing documents.
Issue sales orders in the ERP system.
Request order picking from Logistics and DANFE issuance for the Commercial team for export operations.
Participate in project-related meetings involving new imported products, collaborating with Production, Marketing, Commercial, and Engineering.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree (preferred) in Foreign Trade or Business Administration.
Advanced or fluent English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Power BI indicators and dashboards.
