What you’ll need

Exceptional software engineering and system design capability
Proven experience designing, building, and shipping production-grade, scalable systems across the full stack
Proficiency in C#, Python, and Typescript
Product-first engineering mindset
Ability to analyze business needs and challenge assumptions
End-to-end feature ownership from defining requirements through implementation, QA, deployment, and monitoring
Strategic communication skills for translating technical concepts for business stakeholders and business objectives into engineering solutions
High-velocity development using modern developer tools, such as agentic coding or advanced automation techniques
Ability to uphold code quality and architectural integrity
