About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a meaningful slice of Studio from discovery through requirements, launch, and iteration
- Build the system of context, including entities, knowledge, and memory for AI agents
- Track AI models and techniques and translate them into product features
- Define how teams design, test, deploy, and refine no-code AI agents
- Engage with customers and users to inform the roadmap
- Partner with engineering on AI/ML product and technical tradeoffs
- Use product analytics and usage data to prioritize work
- Ship, measure, and iterate while balancing performance, latency, and cost
- Contribute to Studio’s agent builder, system of context, and connectors for CRMs, EHRs, and payor systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of product management experience
- Track record of launching customer-facing products
- Strong product sense and creativity
- Genuine curiosity about AI and active self-learning
- Data-driven approach with strong product analytics instincts
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle
- Comfort working with highly technical engineering teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience writing requirements, managing backlogs, and driving work to completion in Jira or Linear
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup is a nice-to-have
- Prior experience building or launching AI agents, or working on AI/ML products, is a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, retrieval, or data modeling is a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with healthcare is helpful but not required
- Proficiency wireframing and editing designs in Figma is a nice-to-have
- A degree in a technical discipline is a nice-to-have
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
