5+ years of hands-on Software Engineer experience in an agile environment
Well-versed in agile and lean principles
Experience with continuous delivery of value
Expertise in object-oriented Java development
Proficiency in React development
Experience with automated testing
Experience with evolutionary design
Proficiency working in a CI/CD environment
Ability to isolate and address performance problems
B2 English fluency
